This week at the International Builders Show in Las Vegas, Nev., Heatilator will proudly debut its trendy new Rave direct vent modern gas fireplace. It features the simple, contemporary styling that so many homeowners want today at an attractive and competitive price.

The Rave features popular European-inspired modern styling, perfect for living rooms, bedrooms, lofts, penthouses and other lifestyle living spaces. It measures 48-inches long by 18-inches tall with a clean, linear design. The flame is elongated, spreading across the length of the firebox. Instead of logs, homeowners have options for the ember bed black or white media rocks. They reflect and illuminate the burning ribbon of flames in the firebox. There are also two front surround design options and both are available in a black or bronze finish.

As is the case with many modern gas fireplaces, the Rave can be placed at almost any height on the wall. Many homeowners choose to position it at eye level, similar to a piece of art.

The Rave is the perfect fireplace for the homeowner who wants a trend-right fireplace at a competitive price, said Kathy Repp, Heatilator brand manager. It is ultra-modern fireplace that commands attention, becoming the focal point of whatever room it resides in.

The Rave features direct vent gas technology, maintaining indoor air quality by expelling 100 percent of the fireplaces combustion exhaust, moisture and odors outside the home. Its sealed combustion system keeps by-products, such as carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide and excess moisture from entering the home. Direct vent gas technology also helps builders earn green building points. It is the preferred technology in every green building program, including the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Green Home Building Standards, U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) LEED for Homes and ENERGY STARs Indoor Air Package. It is also an American Lung Association Midwest Health House program Clean Air Choice.

The Rave is on display at the International Builders Show in booth #C5643. For product images and additional information, visit www.fireplaces.com/profitsolutions.com, and click on Media Kits.
